W/Gary the Clown 

New Franklin School, with Gary the Clown's guiding hand, put on a fun-filled circus before April vacation. Students swung from trapezes; juggled scarves, balls and more; walked on stilts; and stacked cups! 

Throughout it all, they showed growth mindsets by:

• persevering to learn new tricks;
• showing resilience by trying again and again and again(!);
• thinking flexibly about how to master the trick; 
• and keeping a positive mindset about their practice throughout it all!
